The first recipe is the EASIEST recipe I have ever made. Seriously. You have to try these 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins. These muffins are so delicious that my family begs me to make them for Thanksgiving dinner every year! These muffins are super easy to make and will make everyone around your table so very happy!
Ingredients:
• 1 15 ounce can 100% pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
• 1 box spice cake mix
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix the spice cake mix with the pumpkin puree. Then, scoop into well sprayed or lined muffin pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean). ENJOY!
Want to spice these muffins up and make them a little more like dessert? Try adding chocolate chips, cinammon chips, or cream cheese frosting to the top! The possibilities are endless!

• ¾ cup pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
• 1 small frozen banana or ½ large frozen banana
• ½ cup- ¾ cup cashew milk or milk of choice
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend together until smooth.
