If you're here it's because you want some easy and healthy pumpkin recipes. Fall is one of my favorite seasons, and I’m loving EVERYTHING pumpkin! A few years ago, I stumbled upon these easy and delicious fall recipes, and they have become a staple in my kitchen every fall!

The first recipe is the EASIEST recipe I have ever made. Seriously. You have to try these 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins. These muffins are so delicious that my family begs me to make them for Thanksgiving dinner every year! At approximately 160 calories per muffin, you can enjoy these treats without overindulging or feeling guilty! Check out the recipe, which is one of my favorite easy and healthy pumpkin recipes.

1. Two Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:
β€’ 1 15 ounce can 100% pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
β€’ 1 box spice cake mix

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Mix the spice cake mix with the pumpkin puree. Then, scoop into well sprayed or lined muffin pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean). ENJOY!

Want to spice these muffins up and make them a little more like dessert? Try adding chocolate chips, cinammon chips, or cream cheese frosting to the top! The possibilities are endless!

2. Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:
β€’ ΒΎ cup pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
β€’ 1 small frozen banana or Β½ large frozen banana
β€’ Β½ cup- ΒΎ cup cashew milk or milk of choice
β€’ 1 teaspoon honey
β€’ 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend together until smooth.
